Job Description:

ERM CVS is seeking a self-driven, purpose driven and motivated ‘Partner’ to join our global ERM CVS. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-country and multidisciplinary team, where you will provide commercial and technical leadership in the setting up the training business in ERM CVS. The incumbent will be preferred based in any of in the North America East coast region.

Role Profile:

This is a new leadership role in growing ERM CVS’ new training offerings, with accountability for the successful development of this new training business, while building a team and leveraging the knowledge of our global network of ERM CVS professionals. We are seeking an outstanding professional who combines commercial, and business development skills  with  a strong technical foundation to expand and foster our client relationship strategy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead, develop and implement the strategic business plan, to deliver performance results to build and expand ERM CVS’s new training business from operational delivery to client growth.

  • Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM CVS in the training marketplace as a clear thought leader, with a client centric mindset.

  • With overarching responsibility for the Go to Market strategy, you will drive top-line sales for the ERM CVS training business to deliver product service line budgets and growth ambitions, with direct client engagement responsibilities to leverage existing and build new relationships to identify, lead and win opportunities.

  • Lead, build and inspire a high performing team of trainers, as the business grows, by modelling ERM CVS compassionate culture teams. 

  • A collaborative role to leverage group capabilities whilst building the ERM CVS training business enabling a culture of sharing best practices, innovations and commercial successes across teams, Clients, and Geographies to build momentum. Developing a strong working relationship and understanding of our parent company’s (ERM) consulting service areas, regional stakeholders and appropriately identify how/when/if it is appropriate for our team to engage in those projects.

  • Operationalise the most efficient, profitable training delivery operating model appropriate to the local market conditions and drivers, while leveraging technical skills to achieve product service line profit growth expectations across training-related service lines, leveraging technology, delivery models and considering all training methods.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • An established partner level leader able to lead and build a new training operation, creating and implementing the strategic growth and delivery plan, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in the professional training services market.

  • With at least 5 years professional services P&L experience and a track record in building and managing a $10m+ revenue business, you will have strong expertise in the development of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasting.

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading a training business, you will have an entrepreneurial approach with experience in building a business from scratch (from “white board” design to the establishment of the strategy through to its execution)

  • Strong commercial acumen to grow a viable business, with an understanding of commercial drivers, sales, operational considerations, and financial management.

  • Experience in developing e-commerce platforms and/or e-commerce Go to Market experience.

  • Ideally you will have a general knowledge of management systems.

  • Innovation savvy, with experience in digital marketing, remote training development and delivery.

  • Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.

  • A strong people leader able to attract, develop and retain a high performing team and a track record in scaling up businesses.

  • Will be used to working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop winning relationships to deliver the right strategic outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related fields

  • Ability to travel as needed.
