people with disabilities. Whether you are doing this to increase the participation rate of

Resume Search
We are committed to providing you with FREE access
to our resumes.
Other sites charge companies a costly Membership
fee to get access to their resumes. Typically,
only a handful of large companies can afford to pay those fees and search through the
resumes. This significantly limits the employment opportunities for people with
disabilities.
We want to have an impact on the 70% jobless rate
for people with disabilities. We want every employer in the country to have easy access to
candidates with disabilities. We cant do that effectively if we charge a fee to
search our resume bank. So, RecruitABILITY is FREE!

function capability.
