Proactive Employers

This site is for companies that are proactively seeking to hire people with disabilities. Whether you are doing this to increase the participation rate of people with disabilities in your workforce, you are expanding your recruiting efforts to this new pool of talent, or you are just personally motivated to hire someone who may not have had a fair chance to prove themselves… RecruitABILITY has been designed to meet your needs.

FREE Resume Search

We are committed to providing you with FREE access to our resumes.

Other sites charge companies a costly Membership fee to get access to their resumes.  Typically, only a handful of large companies can afford to pay those fees and search through the resumes. This significantly limits the employment opportunities for people with disabilities. 

We want to have an impact on the 70% jobless rate for people with disabilities. We want every employer in the country to have easy access to candidates with disabilities. We can’t do that effectively if we charge a fee to search our resume bank. So, RecruitABILITY is FREE!

  • Search can be according to keyword, geographic area, industry sector, and/or essential job function capability.
  • Resume postings are no more than 3 months old.

Job Posting

RecruitABILITY has an exceptional job-posting feature designed to meet your company’s needs.  Features include:

  • Your posting can specify job title, geographic location, job category, career level, salary level and job description.
  • You have the option of identifying essential job functions.
  • Job postings run for 2 full months
  • All responses are identified with your own job posting number.
  • You will get full reports on your job Postings, and the responses to them.

Display Advertising

A limited number of companies will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to have Corporate recognition and visibility on the RecruitABILITY site.

  • Visibility – your corporate logo will be prominently displayed to job seekers throughout the recruitABILITY site.

Large Companies

The recruiting needs of large companies are different. RecruitABILTY ‘s flexible design offers you many advantages! With no corporate “Membership Fees” you can take advantage of unrestricted user benefits:

  • Resume Search - You aren’t limited to a single ID/password and you aren’t limited to a specified number of users! Anyone in your company can register with RecruitABILITY and have free access to our resume bank. All of your Recruiters and Hiring Managers can easily scan our resume bank for qualified candidates.
  • Job Posting - Similarly, anyone in your organization, from any location, can post jobs on the RecruitABILITY site.
  • Corporate Summary – by request, we can provide your corporate office with an activity summary for all registered users from your company.
