Job Description-Aptitude is more important than experience.
Good work ethic: Self-starter, analytical, conscientious, ability to work independently.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about diesel engines.
4-year college degree or 3-5 yrs directly applicable experience.
Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) on large data sets
Some experience with database administration
Experience working with Informix and/or SQL Server databases
Technical knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle applications
Visual Basic programming ability
Experience with Ford Quality Systems, specifically Ford AWS warranty anlysis system
Knowledge/Experience using statistical analysis/forecasts
Manufacturing experience (preferably in the automotive industry).
Knowledge and experience in OEM warranty administration (especially Ford and NITC).
Action oriented, ability to deal with ambiguity and to "learn on the fly", time
management and priority setting skills
