Testimonial – Mass Transit Evaluator, Atlanta, GA
This evaluation consists of two parts: 1. Calling the Customer Service line to request and confirm your assigned bus or train schedule and route. 2. Completing an assigned route to assess transportation services such as the clarity and volume of announcements and cleanliness of the vehicle and the station.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Complementary Paratransit Service can be provided to eligible persons with disabilities who are, because of their disability, unable to board, ride or disembark from an accessible vehicle in regular bus or rail services. If you do qualify for Paratransit services, you are eligible to participate in the program as well – we have special shops for you. Please be sure to note this in your reply.
The fees for this program are as follows: Rail Shop - $18 Bus Shop - $22 Paratransit Shop - $25
To participate in the program, you must have access to a fare ticket or fare card or be willing to purchase one. A one way fare is $1.75. If you must purchase one of these cards, the purchase amount will not be reimbursed.
