Job Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY:
â?¢ Responsible for coordinating, collecting, and maintaining marketing and sales related reports and data to assist the system MDU Sales and Marketing teams achieve their business goals. Responsible for assisting the MDU Sales department on a daily basis with respect to Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU), Hotels and property owners, developers, and management companies.

MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)

â?¢ Prepare, run and update reports and data in a database known as DIRECT, Bulk Table, etc. in order to provide usable data to system and management.
â?¢ Maintain and update MDU/Bulk and easement/agreement files, and other agreement files as needed.
â?¢ Handle incoming customer or client calls re: billing issues to include major bulk accounts (MDU and hotel), property management companies and owner/developers assisting those customers with their needs.
â?¢ Assist with other departments to accomplish related tasks as needed in order to contribute to the team effort.
â?¢ Helps coordinate the implementation of bulk rate increases.
â?¢ Assist MDU Sales team in recording easements and memorandums of agreements in the local land record offices.
â?¢ Creates databases and spreadsheets and provides analysis to coordinate fulfillment of MDU Sales objectives.
â?¢ Make outbound telephone calls to MDU Sales clients as needed.
â?¢ Assist in the collection and organization of marketing and sales data to aid system marketing and sales team in quantifying and qualifying future opportunities and projections.
â?¢ Responsible for measurement of and reporting on key performance metrics at the system level, as well as, providing reports to management for the purpose of developing and further enhancing marketing and sales strategies.
â?¢ Coordinate the handling of escalated customer complaints, both internally and externally, until fully resolved.
â?¢ Demonstrates willingness and ability to learn new software programs as prescribed by management
â?¢ Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:
EDUCATION:
â?¢ High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor degree and a marketing or business major preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
â?¢ Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or business experience required
â?¢ Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a sales team required
â?¢ Project Management experience required
â?¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â?¢ Strong computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
â?¢ Demonstrated expertise in creating and working with Excel spreadsheets required
â?¢ Reporting experience required
â?¢ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in team environment
