Comcast Spotlights goal is to make cable advertising easy to buy, and to enhance the value of spot cable advertising via new technologies products and services.

Comcast Spotlight has an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to join their team! Based in Seattle, WA, the HR Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Northwest Regional HR team.

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to)
Recruitment Support
Management of Compliance & Policies, Programs & Practices
Utilization of SAP as HRIS System & Reporting Tool
Manage Workers Compensation related filings and EEO postings
Assist in the preparation of employee separation notices and related documentation
Manage all WA Personnel files
Manage OSHA Logs
Manage WA Public Files for all offices
Provide support to Corporate/Division/Region HR initiatives
Understand & respond to employees regarding payroll, benefits and related HR questions


Required Skills:
This role requires a BA/BS in Business Administration, HR or related degree. Our preferred candidate will have the following experience:
Preferred working knowledge of applicable Federal, State & Local laws and regulations related to the Human Resource function.
1-2 years experience in HR or related field.
Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships within all levels of an organization.
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and to work well under pressure.
Strong team player with flexibility and collaborative approach.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook; HRIS system knowledge (specifically SAP) a plus.
Must possess a valid driver license and satisfactory driving record.
