Location: South Hill, Virginia
Under general supervision of the Operations Manager, performs various duties to prioritize and assign work to be completed in department.
Other duties may be assigned.
Direct employees to resolve problems on a timely basis.
· Assure department personnel use correct procedures for all operations.
· Manage daily workflow, assisting in planning the day's workload and rushes in receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
· Maintain acceptable production rates in accordance with JAG standards through the use of LM software, production and visual observation.
· Work closely with management as well as other supervisors to promote a clean, safe, and efficient team operation.
· Record corrective action as necessary.
· Overtime is required.
· Maintain and track warehouse associates' attendance and punctuality.
· Perform other related duties as required.

High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer skills required, WM and PKMS preferred.
Two to four year's supervisory experience required.
Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills required
