Overview: The Project Analyst is responsible for the product development and execution related to tactical web projects. The Project Analyst ensures consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The Project Analyst will work under the guidance of the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities:
? Coordinates with other members of the Product Team and reviews project proposals to establish goals, time frame, appropriation limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project.
? Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
? Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
? Documents and analyzes required information and data.
? Implements project management processes with a web development emphasis.
? Streamlines processes and communication.
? Manages several projects concurrently.
? Facilitates the definition of goals and deliverables
? Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
? Plans and schedule project timelines / plans
? Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
? Efficiently identifies and communicates project issues
? Designs and maintains project documentation
? Coordinates with quality assurance team
? Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to Product Team and all stakeholders
? Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
? Implements and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Minimum Requirements:
? Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management
? Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
? Process driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods
? Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
? Direct work experience in web project management capacity
