This pivotal position forwards the mission of the university by providing crucial independent support for complex proposals, grants, contracts, and other financial activities.

What you will do:

• 
  Proficiently handle drafting price proposals, cost volume budgets, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity templates, and reviewing contracts and certification documents for governmental contractors.


• Collaborate with faculty on budget proposals.


• Submit routine and complex grants/contracts.


• Work with various university departments to assist faculty and staff with pre-award administration and post-award non-financial responsibilities.

Required Education and Experience:

• 
  Master’s degree, AND
  


• 36 months of Program administration or related experience

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 72 months of related experience in lieu of the Master’s degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.

Certifications:

• 
  Valid Driver’s License

Departmental Preferences:

• 
  Strong preference for Certified Research Administrator (CRA)


• Experience with developing cost volume budgets


• Significant experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
