Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Residences Concierge to join the Residences Team at this gorgeous Atlanta property!

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms ( 127 guest rooms plus residences ), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.


  • Classification: Part-Time
  • Shift: PM, Overnight - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate written and spoken English
  • Proficient in email communication, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to organize documents and complete basic administrative projects
  • Ability to utilize computer property management systems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization, and effective time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shows and attractions in Atlanta.

What will I be doing?

As a Residential Concierge you are responsible for providing 5-star service to all Residents and Team Members. The ResidentialConcierge reports directly to the Director of Residences and Residential Coordinator.


  • Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to all Residents.
  • Create professional conversations with Residents, which identify personal preferences in order to record in each Resident's s profile history.
  • Maintain a daily sheet (via software) of all requests, reservations and confirmations for residents.
  • To be aware of all daily events in the hotel and large conventions in the city.
  • Arrange tickets for theatre, sporting events, and local attractions, make and confirm dining reservations.
  • Communicate all important details to management and team members
  • Access all functions of computer system in accordance with departmental specifications.
  • Set up workstation with necessary supplies; maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
  • Legibly complete requisition for additional supplies/materials and submit to manager.
  • Maintain updated resource materials on all vendors and information to accommodate guest requests.
  • Manage resident packages and ensure they are delivered according to each resident's preference.
  • Act as a guide when guests ask for directions and physically assist them to their destination within the property.
  • Provide clear directions for all residents and their guests travelling outside the hotel.
  • Respond to all resident needs and requests with high sense of urgency.
  • Assist with resident deliveries such as groceries, food services and dry cleaning.
  • Adhere to all Security Emergency procedures and ensure security measures are in place.
  • Handle resident complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and common areas.
  • Setup daily amenities for residents such as coffee station, snacks and water station.
  • Assist Valet with coordination of vehicle retrieval requests from residents.
