Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and advice business process improvement on SAP MDG enablement initiatives • Drive SAP MDG solution design activities - for Customer and Supplier. • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, focusing on Customer and Supplier domains. • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective MDG solutions. • Provide expert guidance on master data governance best practices, standards, and policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data governance. • Train and mentor team members on MDG functionalities and best practices. • Keep abreast of the latest SAP MDG developments and technologies, and advise on potential improvements and upgrades.
Professional Skill Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 6 years' experience in SAP MDG - Customer, Supplier, etc. • Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in MDG including including hands-on design and configuration • Has experience in Master Data Governance for custom objects (ex: PIRs, WBSE etc...) would be a plus • Has basic knowledge of other modules • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment • Ability to travel to client sites"
