Overview:
As the CEO you will be entrusted with the overall strategic direction, leadership, and operational management of the organization. You will lead a talented team of scientists, researchers, and Biotech professionals to drive the development, commercialization, and global distribution of groundbreaking vaccine technologies. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on public health while shaping the future of vaccine innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the company's growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
- Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
- Oversee all aspects of research and development activities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of novel vaccine candidates from preclinical stages through clinical trials and regulatory approval.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and global health organizations.
- Drive commercialization efforts, including market analysis, product pricing, sales strategies, and market access initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities and market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and ethical guidelines governing vaccine development and commercialization.
- Represent the company to investors, industry partners, media outlets, and the broader scientific community, effectively communicating our mission, achievements, and value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field, with a strong background in vaccine development, immunology, microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record of leadership and executive management experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, ideally in a CEO, President, or senior executive role.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation, research excellence, and product development in a highly regulated environment.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global healthcare trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, and business development.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, build relationships, and articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.

Location:
This position is based at our headquarters in Boston.
Relocation can be provided.
