Job Description:

Production Castings is looking for Die Cast Machine Operators to set up and run production on Zinc & Aluminum Die Cast Machines.

Responsibilities of a Die Cast Machine Operator:

• Operator One or more trim presses in a safe, manual, semi-automatic, or automatic mode.




• Produce quality parts at desired production rates with little scrap.




• Train on common die cast defects.




• Train on the set up of die cast dies, trim dies and operator of the overhead hoists.




• Knowledge of how to move product and able to operate a walkie lift.




• Training on all types of set ups and how to perform general P.M.'s on all types of zinc or aluminum die cast machines.




• Must comply with all safety practices and procedures.
