LHH is hiring a Sr. Executive Assistant for a company in the Milwaukee area. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office and supporting the CEO in day-to-day activities. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing conflicting needs
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct research and compile data as needed to support C-Suite in decision-making processes
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure efficient workflow
Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination
Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
