Our Director of Healthcare Will:

Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members by working with other medical care providers and our residents' families.
Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
Conduct hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluation of our care team.
Continuously learn new principles and methodologies of care to enhance the lives of our residents.
