This position will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design and program management, shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of design initiatives. The Design Program Manager will partner directly with lead DPMs, Product Design Managers, and Product Designers to continue team operations and deliver high-priority projects for the Design System.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Task-based project management
End-to-end designing task management
Product and website development experience
5+ years of experience as a design program manager or UX program manager
Direct experience working with product managers
