Do you enjoy working with people and also providing technical support? The System Level Help (SLH) team within Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) Customer Service is looking for a Technical Analyst to provide support to Federal Reserve customers across all electronic access platforms.
Department shifts have start times that range from 6:30am to 9:30am Central Time with 8-hour shift assignments. New employees will generally start on the 9:30 - 6:00pm shift. Support for evening customer testing will occasionally be needed, which concludes at 7:30pm CT. Team members work approximately 2-3 Saturdays and 1-2 weeks on-call support a quarter.
This position qualifies for a hybrid working arrangement that supports remote work but requires regular on-site attendance.
To be considered at the Technical Analyst II level, you must meet the following educational and work experience:
Associate degree in a relevant area OR HS diploma and three (3) years of full-time relevant experience, including use of advanced networking skills.
To be considered at the Technical Analyst I level, you must meet the following educational and work experience:
Associate degree OR HS diploma and two (2) years of full-time relevant experience, including use of advanced networking skills.
Applicable at both levels:
Desired, not required:
Networking certification(s), Active Directory certification(s), Server Operating System Administration certification(s), or completion of classes toward related certifications.
Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT), Comp TIA Network+, Amazon Web Services/Google Cloud/Microsoft Azure, etc.
Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
Technical Analyst II: $63,500- $79,422- $95,300 Annually
Technical Analyst I: $55,000 - $68,714 - $82,500 Annually
This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to a couple of months to be completed. You can begin work before the screening is completed; however, continued employment is contingent on acceptable screening results.
