Job Description:
One of the largest Multifamily General Contractors in California is looking for a Senior Super to help deliver one of two projects in San Bernardino or Irvine.
- 4 x timber frame buildings (4 floors each). One year left on the job. 360 total units. Total value @ $80million - San Bernadino.
- 178 units, all framed out & roofed, not yet at dry walling stage. 10-12 months remaining - Irvine.
Once these jobs are completed, you will be moved onto another project as close as possible to where you live.
Depending on your multifamily experience / job tenure, you can earn up to $180k (all inc) + 401k + Health benefits + Medical Insurance.
