Job Description:
I have partnered with one of NYC's Real Estate market leaders to recruit for an exclusive opportunity to join their team as a Portfolio Property Manager.
This individual will support 6-8 condos/coops across NYC. This individual must have strong experience with high-profile shareholders, coordinating capital improvement projects, and managing large teams of 32bj staff.
Must have at least 5+ years of experience in condo/coop portfolio management.
This position comes with competitive benefits and a starting base salary of $115K-$140K based on experience.
