Job Description:

St. Olaf College, a NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for Head Women's Basketball Coach. St. Olaf is located in Northfield, MN and sponsors 26 varsity sports teams, supporting over 600 student-athletes.

The qualified applicant will report to the Athletic Director. The individual will direct, organize, and administer all aspects of a collegiate program including: recruitment of quality student-athletes, scheduling, managing and coaching games, planning and conducting practices, organizing team travel, monitoring student-athletes' academic progress, equipment maintenance, fundraising and other administrative duties assigned by the Director of Athletics. Additionally, a thorough understanding of and accountability to NCAA, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and institutional rules and regulations is necessary. A head coach will need to support, respect and have a commitment to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive athletic community.

Review of applications will begin immediately. This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits. Qualifications include; minimum of a bachelor's degree with master's degree preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with college coaching experience and/or experience as a college basketball student-athlete.
