The Installation Associate role involves delivering, installing, and removing appliances in both commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and potentially custom appliance installations with provided training.
• Handle and install household appliances accurately and damage-free according to manufacturer specifications.
• Interact professionally with customers, builders, and designers.
• Attend company-paid training to stay updated on product changes.
• Fulfill driver duties and responsibilities.

Pay rate: Currently starting at $22 and might increase depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Appliance Delivery & Installation Service.
• Valid state-issued license required; must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (70+ pounds frequently, 90+ pounds occasionally) with lifting equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to deliver "white glove service."
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
