Job Description:

Position Title: Fiscal & Personnel Administrator

Morrow County Job & Family Services seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Fiscal & Personnel Administrator. This role entails comprehensive management of fiscal control activities, including the meticulous preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual State-required reports. In addition to fiscal responsibilities, the selected individual will serve as the Agency’s Personnel Administrator, overseeing all Human Resources (HR) functions. The HR duties are only 10% of this position.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional computer proficiency, adept time management skills, and effective communication abilities. Previous experience in County Fiscal is highly preferred. Starting pay is $20.29 per hour (could be higher based on experience).
