Establishes and implements strategic business objectives, strategies, and plans. . Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing employees and management of employee salaries. Implements and supports company programs and policies. Typically supervises Manager-level employees.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 20% of salary.
