RESULTS STATEMENT
Working 20+/- hours/week, assists all Overhead Division employees, through direction of their Reporting Manager(s), in an effort to improve office operations and make it easier for other members of their team to complete their work.
TACTICAL WORK

Assists Office Manager in the following:

Collects and sorts mail from post office box
Runs errands, such as purchasing groceries for meetings, additional supplies, when in-person
Spearheads social media:

Creates content for social media
Develops a comprehensive social media plan alongside Reporting Manager to ensure that social media posts and content are updated weekly, if not more
Creates a monthly report that is presented by Reporting Manager, detailing the social media plan efforts and results

Acts as the Accounts Receivable lead:

Opens checks, enters payments, makes bank deposits and contacts past due clients as per Accounts Receivable Collections SOP
Creates Accounts Receivable Aging report for CEO, recommending and seeking approval for next steps
Promptly and accurately responds to any questions regarding invoice payments

Assists Human Resources in the following:

Completing market research for seasonal jobs
Uploads sensitive human resources information into INOVA personnel folders such as reviews, pay increases, letters, etc.
Enters and/or gathers data into documents and/or spreadsheets, and may compile reports

Assists management with time consuming data entry, organization tasks and other comprehensible bookkeeping tasks
Makes suggestions for process improvements and ways to further assist
Performs all other duties as assigned
Exhibits a willingness to work on any company crew, as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license
Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record, when applicable
Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
Extremely strong organization and time management skills; prioritization, multitasking and planning
Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
High typing speed and accuracy
Strong computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications
Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
Keen attention to detail
