Average Day on the Job:
As a Member Service Representative, you will be interacting with our members on a day to day basis. Opening/closing members accounts, starting loan applications, and processing their transactions. You will provide excellent customer service through the lobby and drive thru. At the end of each day, you'll balance your drawer and verify totals. The goal of this position is to ensure our members are promptly and professionally served.

Work Schedule:
This position is a 40 hours per week, full-time, rotating Saturdays required. 
Monday-Friday, 8:45am - 6:15pm and Saturdays, 8:45am 12:15pm

 Job Requirements:

• 1 year of banking experience


• Excellent customer service skills


• Cash handling


• Attention to detail


• Computer skills
