Physical Therapy Aide - Waltham at Massachusetts General Hospital(MGH) in Waltham, Massachusetts

Job Description:

This position is an integral member of the PT & OT team, working collaboratively with other PT Aides to perform clinical and administrative tasks that support a busy and growing practice. Working with patients, they will perform tasks such as applying superficial heat/cold modalities, performing therapeutic exercise programs, functional training and patient ambulation by following direction/delegation by a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. The PT Aide team is also responsible for preparing patient waiting and treatment areas for treatment sessions, including maintaining and ordering linen/supplies and equipment inventory/maintenance. In addition, the position performs registration and scheduling for the PT team as required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and CPR certification required.
