Job Description:

This position is Seasonal ( time frame is approximately 4 1/2 months Dec. - Apr. ) 18 weeks
Experience Preferred but willing to train the right person
Several Positions Available! Store Front and Retail Locations

This is a salary position 32-40 hrs. a week
Overtime paid at 1 1/2
24 hours of PTO
Bonus Opportunity
must be willing to train before the start of tax season (paid training)

Office Manager duties include but are not limited to:

-ability to train and oversee employees
-strong written and verbal communication
-good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
-ordering/monitoring office supplies
-maintaining office cleanliness
-answering telephone calls/emails and directing them to appropriate staff
-offering superior customer service to each client
-perform daily accounting for the office
-daily communication with Area Manager by phone and/or email.
-work scheduled shifts and cover a shift if necessary

Knowledge Requirements
Basic knowledge of Computer, printer, and scanner
ability to multi-task and have good organization skills
