Position Overview:
The Marketing Intern will work with the Compeer segment marketing team, supporting all corresponding products and services. You will be exposed to multiple facets of marketing strategies and plan implementation, specifically related to the agricultural and rural lifestyle client portfolios.


Essential Functions:

• Reporting and analytics surrounding our advertising and website.


• Monitoring digital marketing campaigns.


• Marketing content management.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Working towards completing a Marketing or Ag Business degree, or a related field.


• Personal interest in digital analytics, digital marketing, websites, or marketing campaign planning.


• Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel and Word.


• Solid organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills required.


• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.


• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.


• Proven ability to demonstrate solid judgment and flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
