Volt is hiring for a Membership Program Coordinator in Glendale, CA.

As the Membership Program Coordinator you will be responsible for developing innovative loyalty/benefits strategy, negotiating new member benefits, developing and executing category-level and partner-specific strategies, and managing and growing both internal and external partner relationships in support of the organizational vision and strategy.

• Benefits Portfolio: Support the portfolio of the membership benefits, discounts and offers experience for Gold Members. Assist in managing and developing internal and external partnerships to grow best-in-class benefits offering.

• Partner Sweepstakes & Contests: Support member sweepstakes programs from inception to execution, including prize procurement and legal/rules drafting working closely with Marketing team on sweepstakes promotion.

• Partner Implementation and Management: Support post contract implementation of member benefits and day-to-day support of key member benefit partnerships.

• Benefit Tracking and Utilization: Manage, track and analyze member benefit activations and utilization on an ongoing basis utilizing various redemption tracking procedures to understand success metrics (acquisition/retention/member satisfaction) and partner (conversion & revenue).

This is an 8-month hybrid contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate must have:

• 3-5 years of successful benefit/promotion/perks development experience in a subscription or loyalty-based program.

• Critical thinker with strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Excellent quantitative skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent negotiation skills and an understanding of contractual agreements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks/deadlines simultaneously.

• Self-motivator with good judgment and strong focus on details who thinks strategically.

• Able to work successfully both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay rate: $48.00-58.00/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
