Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting our enterprise OnBase platform. The Analyst II position functions include: day-to-day system support, processing daily adjustments into OnBase, granting user access, configuring new documents or reports into OnBase, setting up branch scanners/copiers for scanning documents, assisting with both unit testing and end user testing,  assisting with training new processes, responsibility for quarterly audits.  Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining workflows, including meeting with business users to determine requirements, prototyping workflows, changing workflows iteratively to improve them, developing workflow code, and testing implementing workflows.  The role will act as tier II support liaison between the business departments, the data center and IT.

Responsibilities


  • Participate in a team environment to complete various projects

  • Troubleshoot application issues

  • Creation of documents into OnBase and setting retention

  • Assist, document and test application upgrades

  • Develop and maintain workflows

  • Work with business users to define process requirements

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for business process improvements and automation

  • 2nd tier support for OnBase application from end users

  • Administrative system maintenance updates

  • Core understanding of several OnBase Modules and integration between systems

  • Application user audits

  • Documenting procedures

  • Attend Off-site training and online classes

Requirements


  • Administrator II Certification from vendor

  • Workflow II Certification from vendor

  • Minimum 5 years of OnBase experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Work in a team environment with an ability to multi-task with various projects

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Shows initiative

  • Ability to lead meetings

  • Project management skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and SQL

  • Knowledge of NAS Storage and Disc Encryption

  • Basic knowledge of OnBase system design and Disaster Recovery process
