What will you do?

Schneider Electric's US Marketing organization is seeking a Sr. Strategic Experiences Manager to undertake a best-in-class approach to the company's event strategy and execution. As part of this role, your portfolio will include but is not limited to two of the largest efforts of the company in the US; our bi-annual Innovation Summit North America, and our bi-annual Sales and Operations Kickoff programs will serve as the cornerstone of your responsibilities.

What will you do?


  • Deliver on our annual proprietary events, alternating between Innovation Summit and our Sales and Operations Kickoff, overseeing the full end-to-end events experience

  • Own the relationship with our events execution agency for these events, ensuring quality performance, best-in-class innovation and demonstrating clear ROI

  • Partner with sales and business leadership to ensure content, messaging and brand presence creates an exemplary experience for all attendees

  • Create, drive and track clear ROI standards and process that prove business value and impact for our largest proprietary efforts.

What qualifications will make you successful?


  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 10+ year of enterprise events experience including trade shows and proprietary in person and digital events.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple groups to deliver end-to-end events experience (event logistics, registration, promotion, etc)

  • Understanding of B2B event ROI, with a strong focus on process and efficiency

  • Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen to ensure events are delivered within budget.

  • Knowledge of event technology and software for event planning, management, and analytics.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate and adapt to evolving event trends.

  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Detail oriented with excellent time management and project management skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
