Job Description:

MISSION STATEMENT:

POSITION DUTIES:
1. Lead initiatives with external employer partner employees while also providing Goodwill employees direct consultation to offer proactive support to address specific barriers to employment retention and employment upgrade.
2. Develop working knowledge of employers human resources departments, benefits, employee assistance programs, culture and organizational management for employees support.
3. Establish a network of resource opportunities to assist in employees successful employment retention.
4. Assist with review of internal McIntosh Temporary Loan Program application processing for Goodwill employee eligibility determination and recommendation.
5. Engage in employer outreach for new business recruitment, including attending meetings, providing marketing information, conducting presentations and attending networking activities.
6. Facilitate consistent communication protocols with external business employers and employees for customer relationship management data-driven reporting using defined software systems.
7. Develop and provide accurate data to record key performance and impact metrics, and other goals as deemed important to employer partners and contract agreement requirements.
8. Assist with external employer partner accounts monthly billing for services provided and collection if needed.
9. Provide services coverage in the Directors or colleagues absence.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
