Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews work order specifications, sales orders, and other product documents to understand requirements.


• Manage the purchasing and inventory of raw materials


• Schedules and coordinates work between appropriate department colleagues so that productions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


• Identifies, acquires, and ensures the availability of materials and supplies.


• Communicates production issues to customers and carriers.


• Collects information to produce required schedules and reports.


• Review master schedule and work orders to track the progress of production and review factors affecting the schedule.


• Incorporates and maintains safety observances.


• Performs other duties as assigned with responsibilities subject to change as volume increase.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Fundamental knowledge of the production process.


• Solid verbal and written communication skills.


• Solid organizational and computer skills, able to prioritize tasks.


• Good attention to detail.
