This role is responsible for procurement, deployment, and offboarding of network/server devices and services, tracking asset locations and assignments, and engaging with telecom/internet carrier vendors and VAR’s. Operate as point of contact for locations regarding billing and circuit maintenance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurenetworkdevices and accessories through vendors
Leverage purchasing agreements, carrier incentives, promotions, volume purchasing, and other methods to secure the best pricing for purchases
Deploy and track all outgoing shipments
Receive and immediately process all incoming shipments
Collect, decommission, and dispose of all retiredIT network/serverdevices, leveraging recycling agreements and opportunities to maximize return on recycled devices
Lead efforts to merge accounts and transfer assets for acquisitions and mergers
Operate as point of contact for remote offices and locations regardingnetworkbilling, asset assignment, andcircuitmanagement
Collaborate withAccounting to resolve intercompany chargeback issues
Create and maintain documentation related to procurement, asset information maintenance, offboarding, and decommission ofvarious IT assets

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience
Associatesdegree in a related technical field or a related professional experience
3or moreyears of experience in procurement/purchasing in a large enterprise/corporate environment preferred
3or moreyears of direct experience supporting accounts, expenses, invoices, etc. in a large enterprise/corporate environment preferred
2or moreyears of system administration, creating/moving/deleting accounts, distribution lists and account audits preferred
3or moreyears of experience in creating and compiling reports for financial, inventory, and licensing BI reports preferred
Experience working in ServiceNow or comparable CRM/ticketing system
Experience with supporting remote users
Experience in direct customer service
Experience working in a ticketing system or CRM
Certification and/or License –N/A
