Akkodis is recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer for a locotive manufactuer in the Erie, PA location. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $50-$65 an hour. The Energy Storage Packaging Engineer will be responsible for documenting design requirements, developing concepts to meet those requirements, and completing detailed analysis and validation for selected design concepts.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3-5 yaear minimum hands on expereince in design or manufacturing enviornment
GD&T, able to calculate stack up tolerances
Six Sigma principles
