Job Description:

TKE is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to work in the IT organization in the area of sales enablement. Based in Atlanta, this role is primarily responsible for bridging technology and business goals to create achievable enterprise solutions. We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and proficiency in tools like Marketo. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and will be facilitating continuous implementations of CPQ and CRM solutions within our organization. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, agile methodology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

TKE leverages Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionality heavily in the sales arena for quoting, as well as a 'bridge' between sales and manufacturing for product configurations. In addition, TKE is undergoing a Sales/Service Transformation initiative where we're implementing Salesforce for both CRM and Field Services; CPQ is a key enabler and integration point for the successful quote to execution cycle. Specific knowledge and experience in CPQ is essential to success for this role, which will work closely with TKE business partners in the sales and supporting organizations to facilitate effective and seamless execution from customer quote through manufacturing. CRM experience is a secondary yet desired skillset as well given TKE's application landscape and transformation goals.

  1. Lead CPQ and CRM Implementations: Deliver end-to-end implementations of CPQ and CRM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and processes.

  2. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption.

  3. Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in modern CPQ platforms. Oracle CPQ is ideal; ConfigIT or Salesforce CPQ platforms are also desirable.

  • In-depth understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools like Marketo or other lead management and campaign execution.

  • Sales Background: Leverage strong sales acumen to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ and CRM solutions that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Agile Development: Work within an agile development framework to deliver solutions iteratively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful implementation outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CPQ and CRM processes, enhance user experience, and maximize ROI through system enhancements and best practices.

    • Prior experience implementing Oracle CPQ or other modern CPQ platforms

    • Prior experience implementing Oracle or Salesforce CRM solutions

    • Beneficial Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are desirable.

    • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another related field. (Or equivalent work experience).
