Perform environmental lab testing for cross functional teams. This includes chamber operation, profile development, Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT), Accelerated Life Testing (ALT), data collection & recording, vacuum testing, and reverse osmosis system.
Conduct the Receiving Inspection function on items purchased from outside vendors to determine conformance to specifications
Analyze product complaints submitted to RMA for determination of failure and report findings. Analyzing electronic products returned under all RMAs.
Perform Wetbench and other testing as required
Document and review testing results while collaborating closely with developers and product owners to resolve any issues.
Develop testing methods based on best practices.
Create and review QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Assist with new firmware testing.
Assist Engineering & Production with MNC programming and testing.
Assist in training other QA Inspectors
Assist all engineering functions as required regarding product testing, fixture building, identification of MRO purchased items, special projects, and development of QC systems
Conduct system and/or process audits in the different areas of the Plant as specified by Management to determine conformance to specifications. Areas to audit include, but are not limited to, all production, machining, inventory, and shipping areas
Secondary Responsibilities
Receive RMAs into Salesforce when arriving at the site
Ability to enter & disposition RMAs that are submitted through Salesforce
Ability to enter, disposition, review, and close RMAs that are submitted through Salesforce
Generate customer emails to release production products for shipment
Conduct equipment calibration activities as needed to maintain active calibration certifications

Work is scheduled Monday through Saturday. Shifts are 8 hours with multiple shifts. Employees MUST be flexible and may be required to change shifts.
