Location: Alexandria, VA (Near Potomac Yard Metro)

Salary: $26-30 per hour, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
Provide primary support for AV and conferencing equipment, ensuring seamless operation during meetings and events.
Serve as a key point of contact for Microsoft O365 support, including account management, troubleshooting, and training for staff.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, security groups, and permissions.
Additional Responsibilities:
Install, deploy, and support standard and multi-functioning network-based printers.
Install, configure, and update network software, as well as maintaining hardware and network devices.
Maintain inventory of all workstations and other devices.
Perform diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as develop data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
Remote and on-site troubleshooting of all IT related issues for staff and handling of tickets within Freshdesk, including routing them to the correct team.
Requirements:
Previous experience with AV and conferencing equipment support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 administration and support.
Expertise in Active Directory management.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Experience with Autopilot and Intune is a plus.
Work Environment:
Onsite position, five days a week, Monday to Friday, 9-5 hours.
Professional dress code required (collared shirt, tucked in, professional shoes).
