Job Description:

Infosys is seeking for a CyberArk Lead. This position and the role is responsible to provide IAM expertise and utilize business insight to work closely with the client to advise, design, build and deploy CyberArk solutions that will give real and tangible benefits. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA or or Hartford, CT, or Phoenix, AZ, or Indianapolis, IN, or Richardson, TX, or Providence, RI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years' of experience in Information Technology.
• Should have strong knowledge of the CyberArk privileged Identity Management (PIM) suite including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, EPV, and AAM.
• Should have strong experience and expertise in design, implement, deploy, configure, extend, or support Ping federate, Ping Access, Ping ID for various clients.
• Capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, the target architecture, and high-level requirements
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of various PAM concepts.
• Experience in Deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions (on-prem/cloud).
• Experience in maintaining a platform that optimizes the build and operations (infrastructure upgrade, servers scaling, CyberArk version upgrades and patches ).
• Experience in understanding of the client's policies, standards, and processes.
• Experience in Automation/PSM/CPM Connector plugin Development.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Work on different ticket systems like ServiceNow.
• Experience in Support process documentation.
• Experience in Support team on governance topics.
• Experience in Leading teams to deliver security change in complex organizations.
• Experience in Contributing to business development.
• CyberArk Level 3 (Sentry), CyberArk Level 2 (Defender) certification
