We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in people's lives. Our client is looking for a Social Worker-Program Director to join their team. This person must be passionate in the field of social work. They are looking for a people person who is patient and has the ability to be compassionate and empathize with clients with chemical dependency. This position requires maximum attention to detail, the ability to multitask, build rapport with clients and the ability to complete timely documentation as well as provide support/guidance to team members.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative oversight/supervision and management of the program and team.
Conduct group meetings and handle cases.
Oversee the development of treatment / behavior / support / safety plans, as needed.
Identify and coordinate training and support needs of the community.
Manage program evaluation activities including but not limited to, gathering, reviewing, and utilizing feedback for continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology.
Must have a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) are Preferred.
Must have 5 years of supervisory experience.
Previous crisis experience is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft office.
