Position Title: Senior Manager/Director, Finance

Up to $160,000 base + 20% bonus with an OTE bonus of 30%

Boston, MA - Hybrid working

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our clients Project Development and Finance team, you will undertake a range of essential responsibilities, including:

  • With the Vice President, Finance in negotiating project financings for developments in progress.
  • The raise of limited or non-recourse debt financing and maintaining meticulous project financing models, liaising with the development team to ensure accurate input assumptions.
  • Various sensitivity analyses to support capital raising efforts.
  • Negotiating term sheets and executing legal transaction documentation.
  • identifying and nurturing new partner or financing relationships.
  • Ownership of project financial models, continuously enhancing them for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentorship to a team of associates and analysts and reporting on key outputs from maintained models with internal business units to optimize financial models and streamline processes.
  • Project-level financial due diligence across various functional groups as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex formulas and macros.
  • Ability to create and maintain financial models for various financing structures, including debt and equity for conventional and renewable projects.
  • Track record of mentoring analysts and leading due diligence and legal documentation reviews with ISO/RTO energy markets is advantageous.
  • Organizational and attention-to-detail skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Quick learner with robust problem-solving skills.
  • To thrive within a matrix organizational environment.
