Responsibilities

- Utilize core skills such as insurance sales, sales, and communication skills to effectively sell commercial insurance products to clients.

- Apply premium skills like outside sales, negotiation, and multilingual abilities to build strong relationships with customers and close sales deals.

- Utilize relevant skills in marketing, customer service, and benefits administration to provide exceptional service and support to clients.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office to create and maintain client records and sales reports.

- Show leadership skills by guiding and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 plus commissions/bonuses per year. Long-term income potential is $250,00 (+).
