Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Demonstrated track record of engaging external customers and fostering successful client relationships.
Sales Acquisition: Proven experience in acquiring new clients and expanding the company's client base.
Project Management Skills: Working knowledge of fundamental project management concepts such as pricing development, cost budget monitoring, and profit calculation.
Business Acumen: Clear understanding of financial statements and their application to business operations.
Staff Management: Experience in managing technical staff, including hiring, budgeting, employee performance evaluations, and goal setting.
Business Development Background: Strong background in business development within these client sectors.
Professional Engineering License (PE): Possession of a Professional Engineering License is required.
