Job Description: We are seeking a talented QA Analyst with experience in Oracle HCM or similar ERP systems to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting QA and testing activities for our HCM implementation project. Collaborating closely with team members and our System Integrator (SI), you will ensure that business requirements are met and that testing processes are executed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include developing test scripts, executing tests, managing defects, and contributing to overall project testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test scripts based on business requirements and design specifications.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) scripts, record results, document defects, and conduct retesting as necessary.
Assist in managing the test defect process, monitoring defect resolution, and reporting progress.
Review test scenarios and scripts with QA Lead and business SMEs, incorporating feedback.
Coordinate SIT script execution with Project Managers and QA Lead.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review test sequences and required test data.
Work with QA Lead to outline test plans for each testing cycle.
Create and maintain test data as needed for all testing phases.
Participate in test plan meetings and provide input.
Develop test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios identified by stakeholders.
Prepare regression test suite and perform regression testing prior to each Go-Live.
Support end-to-end testing sessions.
Provide input for Go/No-Go decisions and participate in related meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion Functionality.
Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Reports.
Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW.
Proficiency in developing test cases and plans for Oracle HCM modules.
Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and End-to-End testing.
Ability to execute test cases, identify defects, and facilitate defect resolution.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
Hands-on experience in manual testing, SIT, and UAT planning and execution.
