Research issues, develop recommendations and actively engage product teams to develop solutions to business and technology problems.
Work closely with operational support and ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely manner in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
Ensure the tech solutions are delivering to stated objectives and addressing the business problem.
Lead efforts to restore normal operations as quickly as possible with the least possible impact to the business and end user/consumer.
Coordinate effort with other SMEs to ensure the end-to-end business process value is realized across system boundaries.
Implement changes to technical environment as necessary to correct operating errors and improve system performance.
Min Formal Education required: Bachelor's degree.
Min. Experience required: 8+ years of experience in technology related field. This role typically has deep technical skills in one or more of the following with working knowledge of the remainder (.net, Mulesoft, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Java, GoLang, Oracle, SQL, AWS cloud tech).
