Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $36.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Remote Intake Support RN!


This is a temporary, 4+ month contract role, working Mon-Fri, 8 AM 4:30 PM (MST) - possibly some weekend OT



Equipment and supplies will be provided



In this role, you will be responsible to carry out day-to-day departmental tasks and complete all processes for screening incoming requests, preparing information and materials to route to the next appropriate step in the review process


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Screen incoming requests and build a case/episode folder within the client's system


• Follow workflow procedures to implement "work a rounds" identified as needed to meet the client's needs


• Support all Quality Management initiatives


• Support all Compliance Program activities


• Provide backup support to staff in other areas as applicable


• Participate in all company meetings and committees as requested

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active RN Compact State license


• 3+ years of RN experience (any environment as long as they have a solid work history)


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple high priorities


• Personal computer literacy and high competency in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe
