This is an add-to-staff Senior Analyst role for one of my best clients on the West Shore of Harrisburg. The growing complexity of this organization has opened up TWO Senior Analyst level roles, reporting to a hiring manager that we placed over a year ago. These roles will support separate divisions and have a large presence within the Plant Operations.
The purpose of adding these roles is to make the scope of the accounting & finance responsibilities smaller, so that this person can focus more on operations based projects. If you have experience within cost accounting or manufacturing accounting, and love the operations aspect of those roles, this would be an ideal opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cost-related reporting and analysis
Working with upper level management of process improvement projects and driving KPI performance
Managing the plant's capital budget
Managing monthly financial analysis and budget presentations
Qualified candidates must have manufacturing accounting experience and at least 5 years of overall finance / accounting experience. ERP System experience, especially SAP, is needed as well. Bachelor's Degree required.
