Marquee Capital, in partnership with Extension Inc., are in search of an engaging, client focused, Investor Relations Associate to join their growing team located at their Third Ward headquarters!
As the Investor Relations Associate, you will be the face of the organization for all communication and relationship building with current and potential investors. You will create and manage investor content and marketing in the form of written communication, leadership publications, social media, and sales presentations.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with family offices, institutional investors, registered investment advisors and high-net-worth individuals, to keep them informed regarding investment performance and strategy.
Draft and disseminate annual, quarterly, and one-off investment reports and communications.
Create marketing content intended to attract and retain sophisticated investors on a variety of platforms, including social media and traditional press.
Work with the Investor Relations team to implement the Company's fundraising strategy for multiple investment products.
Manage the Company's investor relationship management system.
Assist with investor onboarding including working administrators to maintain organized investor records.
Organize and coordinate investor events, industry conferences and sales presentations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative/investor support/office support experience.
Knowledge of investing/commercial real-estate a plus.
Strong, clear, written/verbal communication - positivity and professionalism are key.
Outgoing, positive, and engaging individual. Self-starter/self-motivated.
Tech savvy and familiar working with CRM system(s) and the Microsoft Suite.
Creativity to market the company on social media and in traditional press.
Analytical thinker and ability to exercise good judgment.
Proactively resolve problems when able, and otherwise offer potential solutions to issues.

Salary Information:
$75k/year + bonus potential
