Sales - Project Manager at Liba Fabrics in New York, New York

Job Description:

Who We Are:

Liba Fabrics, established in 1962, is a Fabric Importer/Wholesaler (see www.libafabrics.com for the complete line), Manufacturer of Custom Sewing Products (i.e. Drapes, Tablecloths, Truss Covers, etc.), and Print Products (Banners, Displays, SEG Graphics). We partner with a wide variety of industries in North America including Special Events, Production, Audio Visual, Lighting, Hospitality, Apparel, and more.

Project Manager will be Responsible for:

1. Work with the sales team to provide custom sewing and printing quotes.

2. Estimating materials, measurements, etc required to complete projects.

4. Assist the sales team with said quotes and manage the order from creation to delivery once confirmed.

5. Work with third-party vendors to ensure jobs are finished to the complete satisfaction of our clients and to the highest quality standards.

6. Work and Develop Tech Sheets for Custom Projects.

Some Custom Projects Include:

1. Custom Fabric Products - Drapery, Stage Skirting, Tablecloths

2. Printing - Banners, SEG Graphics

3. Hardware (Pipe and Drape, Light Boxes)

What You'll Bring:

1. Problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic

2. Be an energetic and kind team player

3. Excellent organizational Skills - Extreme attention to detail and follow-through

4. Constant Communication externally and internally

5. Understanding of basic textile sewing and fabrication is a plus

6. Experience using Google Sketch Up, CAD, and Google Docs, a huge plus

7. Experience with onsite project installation is a plus
