Unload and check all materials and equipment against delivery documents
Obtaining driver's signature. Notes damaged goods, shortages, etc., on bill of lading
Assign miscellaneous receivable numbers to MRO items and delivers to recipient
In the absence of packing list or as needed a tally sheet is completed
Fill orders or requisitions for materials or product and deliver to manufacturing, inspection, and packaging lines
Insure that all materials dispensed are in approved or conditional status and according to production schedule
Segregate and eliminate excess or discontinued material upon receipt of salvage disposition
Locate, assemble, and load all shipments to include proper packing, labeling, and completeness of shipping documents, temperature requirements and sign bills of lading to verify all shipments are complete
Obtain driver's signature on bills of lading, apply proper trailer seals, and sign driver's gate release when loading is complete
Transfer tanks and equipment from trailers to specific locations
Use power trucks and completion of daily equipment check list
Keep equipment, stock, and working areas clean and orderly
Pull samples of stock, as required
Responsible for securing and storing controlled drugs
Service the SQC function, as required
Make out interdepartmental delivery slips and deliver materials, obtaining signatures when necessary
Dispose of loss memo material in approved containers
Drive vehicles for outside pickup of materials, as required
Packages sales orders and samples for shipment to customers
Place inventories in proper location in a safe secure manner, storing in properly controlled conditions, and record location
Maintain record of inventory located materials
Verifies inventory stock number, lot number, and description are correct and affixes inventory system receivable number
Submits production receipts to office for inventory input
Perform cycle counts of inventories, as required
Check and verify that correct product/packaging components are dispensed to the manufacturing, inspection, and packaging lines, signing and dating required forms for responsibility
Responsible for observing safe operating procedures and established safety rules, coordinate resources to provide appropriate safety training for themselves and their work force, and follow safety procedures consistent with applicable rules and standards
